Showcase Sunday

Long time no see!
I know I disappeared without notice, but there were so many things happening. Then I realized I just needed a break from blogging. Recently, I stared to miss the book world and everything that comes with it. So here I am again. And what's a better post to start with than a book haul. And it's not that huge considering it covers last five months. :)

Bleak House by Charles Dickens
The Old Curiosity Shop by Charles Dickens
Moranthology by Caitlin Moran
How to Be a Woman by Caitlin Moran
A Room of One's Own by Virginia Woolf
Fifty Shades of Feminism by Lisa Appignanesi (Editor)
The Handmaids Tale by Margaret Atwood
The Feminine Mystique by Betty Friedan
Daniel Deronda by George Eliot
Goddesses: Mysteries Feminine Divine by Joseph Campbell, Safron Rossi (Editor)

... and this is so happening this year. I love this edition of the HP series. This is my third collection of the HP books and I guess it's not the last. ;)

I also bought a few books about Russian/Slavic folklore and this beautiful collection of Russian fairy tales recorded by Alexander Afanasyev with illustrations by Ivan Bilibin.

The most exciting thing is probably my new Kindle Paperwhite! It's so much better than my old one. And of course, I had to get a few new e-books as well.

Omens (Cainsville #1) by Kelley Armstrong
It Takes a Witch (A Wishcraft Mystery #1) by Heather Blake
Blood Bound (Mercy Thompson #2) by Patricia Briggs
Beyond the Glass Slipper: Ten Neglected Fairy Tales To Fall In Love With by Kate Wolford
In the Hand of the Goddess (Song of the Lioness #2) by Tamora Pierce

What did you get? :)
